LABORATORY OF ELECTRICAL MACHINES
Our
modern and very well equipped Laboratory of Electrical Machines tests
electrical motor, generators and electrical components of output 0,05 up
to 150 kW.
We use testing and measuring instruments (example power analysers)
manufactured by NORMA-LEM, Hioki, Hottinger (torque meters), etc.
For checking thermal behaviour of tested machines we use thermographic
camera (manufactured by Flir) and conventional thermocouples as well.

The
Laboratory performs different tests of electrical motors and alternators
as research and development of new constructions of these machines as well
as tests required by our customers.
We can offer diagnostic of electrical motors and alternators at their
working stand.
We
offer diagnostics of winding’s insulation system.
The new branch of tests are test of permanent magnet motors. Our testing
methods and results are recognized by Polish and Chech Republic ATEX
notified certification centres.
Our Laboratory works in compliance with ISO 9001.
