DIAGNOSTICS OF WINDINGS INSULATION

Wearing out of insulation’s systems of electric machines is caused by:
     ·         time and changes of temperature,
     ·         mechanical forces and vibrations,
     ·         humidity,
     ·         dust and active gases in the air,
     ·         electric field,
     ·         also random events like flooding of water.

We offer diagnostics of winding’s insulation system.
The measurement we offer is taken with DC current. It enables to avoid the failure and predicts the exploitation time to the next necessary rewinding of the machine.

The investigation is done in the circuit shown below
(V1 - electrostatic voltmeter or system of voltmeters).

The offered procedure of testing of insulation system had been verified during many test and researches of electric machines (high voltage induction motors, synchronous alternators, DC machines). The method complies with PN-E-04700 standard.
